Martin Specialty Products began as NL Grease, LLC. In 2013, NL Grease was acquired by Martin Operating Partnership L.P. (MOP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: MMLP), who now operates the business under the name Martin Specialty Products.
Private label products are those manufactured by one company for use under another company’s brand.
Private label products are often positioned to be lower cost alternatives to regional, national, or international brands. Private label brands can be positioned to fit whatever position needs to filled; whether it be premium, economy or niche. Private labeling allows you to create a brand to best reach your defined target market.
Although we do offer an in-house brand for those who do not wish to create a private label product, we do not directly sell our products to the end consumer. Our products are designed for the business owner, looking for an opportunity to create a grease line with a high ROI.

The typical lead time ranges from 2-4 weeks.
A formulation is not necessary to get started developing your line. We have existing products to choose from, or our laboratory staff can create a proprietary formula based upon your specifications and/or target application. We can also analyze existing products if necessary.
We offer totes, drums, kegs, and pails, as well as various sizes of tubes, tubs and squeeze tubes.
We offer complete graphic design services. Whether you have print ready art files, or just a vision, we can help you design a custom packaging to effectively target your market.
We are an ISO 9001 facility. We qc test incoming raw materials and all finished goods. Batch numbers are recorded for each production run.
